Your brain has been running it's own agenda for years.

It gives zero sh*ts if you're happy, it's only job is to keep you alive. And it will do WHATEVER it takes to make that happen. Including scaring the poop out of you to keep you from doing something it decided was dangerous, whether it actually is or not.

Whatever it has to do to keep you alive, it will do! It's always on the lookout for the final cancellation that hasn't happened. It will make you go over and over the same conversation from 3 years ago you know is over, and yet, your brain can't let it go. It will keep you awake until the wee hours, running worst-case scenarios for that email you need to send tomorrow. Anything that your brain considers to be "unfinished" it will keep bugging you with. Until you close the cycle.

Your brain picks up a lot of things along the way and won't put them back down until you finish the process it started. Every unfinished conversation where you wish you had said something different. Each experience your brain grabbed and held onto because there hasn't been a "safe" second to let it go. (Trust me, there's a lot of unfinished things in your brain!)

This shamanic journey walks you into the space where all that "unfinished business" is held.

You'll open boxes. Some of what surfaces will be small and easy to process. Some of it won't be. One of your spirit guides will meet you there while some of the rest gets handled. And when you come out, your mind should be quieter than it's been in a while.

Plan to give yourself some time after. Things will come up that you'll need to sit with.
